Support We can also offer support with upgrading an older system, which may be unsupported or obsolete. Maintenance Whatever control system you might have, whether it’s old or new, it is a good idea to ensure that it is maintained correctly. As BMS specialists, our service packages offer anything from a basic once a year health check to regular PPM as recommended by each BMS manufacturer. GBC services are available throughout the UK and are also available via their sister company located in the Channel Islands, Jersey Controls. Together they can extend their services into Europe and beyond. 24-hour Support Chilled Heat in conjunction with GBC can also provide a bureau monitoring service for clients, whereby they can respond to alarms received and remotely dial into the BMS system to investigate further. Note: 9 out of 10 problems can usually be fixed by our skilled engineers using remote diagnostic tools. Other Services We can provide a complete electrical installation service for all aspects of HVAC systems, including power, control and network wiring. All electrical installations are carried out to BS7671 & tested to NICEIC standards. Internet access Customers may now use any PC with internet explorer to check their sites, through TCP/IP enabled hardware such as Trend IQ3Xcite. NOTE: This is also possible with IQ1* & IQ2* controllers if the site is fitted with EINC's. The system becomes even more flexible if the 963 head end is upgraded to a server version. Note 963 is now even more secure than ever due to the use of a new SQL database. |
